Former Real Madrid and Sevilla star Isco Alarcon was very close to moving to the Bundesliga, but his transfer has now failed.
As reported by the transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, Isco was close to moving to the Union Berlin team, but the agreement between the two parties has failed after medical tests this morning.
This has been confirmed by the player’s camp through “Transfermarkt”.
“The terms of the agreement have changed compared to the initial discussions,” were the words from Isco’s camp.
Meanwhile, the reaction from the Union Berlin team was also quick.
“We wanted to have Isco in Berlin, but we have our limits. These have been exceeded today, contrary to the previous agreement. The transfer will not take place,” Union Berlin said in a statement.
