Lamine Yamal once again attracted public attention after the La Liga title celebrations, when he sent a provocative message to his biggest rivals from Real Madrid CF during the parade through the streets of Barcelona.
The young FC Barcelona star has struggled with injuries this season and watched the championship “final” from the bench after suffering a thigh problem at the end of April. However, that did not stop him from enjoying the celebrations as Barcelona secured the league title.
During the open-top bus parade, Yamal displayed a message aimed at Barcelona’s biggest rivals, Real Madrid.
“Thank God I’m not from Madrid,” read the shirt that Yamal wore on the parade bus.
