The White House has shared a black-and-white photograph of U.S. President Donald Trump alongside his Ukrainian counterpart, Volodymyr Zelensky.
The caption attached to the post features a quote from President Trump during roundtable discussions, referring to the agreement between the United States and NATO, which allows member nations to purchase American weapons to supply Ukraine.
Trump stated that the U.S. is not doing this because it is “a very good deal.”
“We are here to save thousands of lives,” he added.
