U.S. Vice President JD Vance told NBC News that the hostages could be released from Gaza “at any moment.”
Hamas has until 12:00 p.m. local time on Monday to release the Israeli hostages.
Earlier, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke with Gal Hirsch, the government’s hostage coordinator, according to an update from his office.
Netanyahu stated that Israel is “prepared and ready to immediately receive all of our hostages.”
