Ukrainian authorities have announced that Russia attacked almost all cities and towns across the country last night.
President Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized that the assault involved more than 400 drones and 40 missiles.
So far, 49 people have been reported injured, while the death toll may rise despite only three individuals having been identified at this time.
All emergency teams have been deployed, working to contain fires that broke out as a result of the Russian missile strike.
The mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko, stated today that four people were killed in the Ukrainian capital, noting that civilian buildings had been targeted.
βRussia must be held accountable for this. From the very first minute of the war, they have attacked cities and villages, destroying the lives of every Ukrainian,β Klitschko added.
