The clashes between Donald Trump and Elon Musk have taken on a new dimension, as the billionaire and former close friend of the president took to social media to claim that Trump is listed among those who attended Jeffrey Epstein’s infamous parties. Epstein, now deceased, was a businessman involved in a network of prostitution and sexual abuse of minors.
“It’s time to drop a really big bomb: Donald Trump is in the Epstein files. That’s the real reason they haven’t been made public,” Musk wrote on the social media platform X.
Epstein was accused of sexually abusing dozens of underage girls.
Musk’s statement comes in response to criticism from Trump, who, according to Musk, accused him of opposing a bill because it affected tax credits for electric vehicles—an issue directly impacting Tesla, the company Musk leads.
