The future of Mohamed Salah appears to be taking a clear direction, with the Egyptian star reportedly very close to joining Fenerbahçe.
According to Turkish media, the Istanbul-based club has already begun negotiations with the player’s agent and is working intensively to finalize the deal. Fenerbahçe are reportedly offering Salah a three-year contract worth €20 million per season, bringing the total package to €60 million.
Club officials reportedly see his signing as a strategic move to compete with Galatasaray in the race for the league title. In addition to interest from Saudi Arabia and Major League Soccer, the Turkish option currently appears to be the most concrete destination for the Egyptian forward.
