Neymar has become the best scorer of the Brazilian National Team, with the two goals scored against Bolivia in the qualification for the World Championship.
The Al Hilal forward surpassed Pele, who scored 77 goals for Brazil between 1957-1971.
Neymar has now scored 79 goals in 125 appearances with the Brazilian national team.
“I never imagined that I would achieve this record. I can say that I am not a better player than Pele”, said Neymar after the match.
“I have always wanted to create my own story, to write my name in the history of Brazilian football and in the national team. And today, I achieved this”.
