The legendary footballers of Liverpool and those of Manchester United faced off today in the return match of the “Legends of the North” tournament, where all the money collected from this meeting will go to the foundations of the two clubs.
Liverpool ended the return match of the “Legends of the North” with a victory, thus defeating Manchester United with a narrow score of 2:1.
The first confrontation between the legends of the “Reds” and the “Red Devils” was in May of this year, when Liverpool’s players recorded a 3:1 victory at “Old Trafford”.
In today’s match, the first result was unlocked by Dimitar Berbatov, who with his goal in the first half gave United a 1:0 lead.
