Graham Potter has been officially introduced as the new coach of Chelsea, who supports the president of “Blues”, Tod Bohli, has signed his contract with the club from London.
It seems that he immediately set to work to think about the January market, even though the summer market has only been closed for a few days.
As reported by the English media, the English coach wants to bring the Portuguese star, Christiano Ronaldo, to the team.
The 37-year-old was close to a move to Chelsea in the summer, but Tuhel did not see him in his plans, which started the rift between him and the American president of the “Blues”.
Bohli has stated that Ronaldo is his favorite footballer and he would very much like to see him at Chelsea, which can be fulfilled in January with Potter on the bench.
And Ronaldo is expected to agree to a move to London, given his keenness to play in the Champions League and also after missing out on a starting spot in Erik Ten Hag’s side.
