Liverpool Reach Personal Agreement with Kerkez, Now Need to Convince Bournemouth

Fabrizio Romano reports that Milos Kerkez is preparing for a potential move to Liverpool, even though the club has yet to submit an official offer to Bournemouth.

According to the Italian journalist, a personal agreement between Kerkez and Liverpool has been reached, and the player is eager to join the Reds.
The left-back is excited by the idea of being part of the team, believing that Liverpool were excellent last season and will improve even further in the upcoming one.

“There is a very positive feeling between Liverpool and Kerkez. His agent is the same one who represents Federico Chiesa, and the relationship with the club is excellent,” Romano reports.

Liverpool appear to be seriously considering the transfer, but have paused due to their parallel interest in Florian Wirtz from Bayer Leverkusen.

If they manage to finalize the deal for Wirtz in the coming days, they are expected to shift their focus back to Kerkez.

The 21-year-old Hungarian has shown promising form with Bournemouth and is seen as a long-term reinforcement for the left side of the defense at Anfield.
