The attacking trio of Lamine Yamal, Robert Lewandowski, and Raphinha have shone throughout the season, but Toni Kroos believes that another player is the key figure at Barcelona.
Despite the fact that these three currently lead the race for the Ballon d’Or, Kroos believes that Pedri is Barcelona’s main player.
“Pedri is the best in the world in his position. For me, a player like Pedri is more important than Lamine Yamal, Raphinha, or Lewandowski. They are the ones who decide the result of the matches,” he said.
“Pedri is a player you miss when he doesn’t play, regardless of the opponent. He doesn’t just score goals or provide assists. He offers solutions.”
