At Real Madrid, dissatisfaction with Vinicius Junior is growing. The talented Brazilian winger has been a key figure in the club’s success in recent years, but his lack of consistency this season, constant provocations, and numerous demands regarding his contract renewal have led the club’s management to seriously consider selling him at the end of the current season.
Vinicius has attracted significant interest from Arab clubs, who are reportedly willing to pay up to €300 million for his transfer. In light of this, Real Madrid is already thinking about a possible replacement and has at least three candidates in mind.
The first on the list is Viktor Gyökeres, who has been shining at Sporting Lisbon over the past two seasons. This season alone, he has scored over 40 goals across all competitions. The Swedish striker is expected to leave the Portuguese club this summer, and interest in him is high. Sporting values him at around €100 million.
The second option is Rafael Leão, the Milan star. The Portuguese forward would fit perfectly into Real Madrid’s system thanks to his balance, speed, and ability to make a difference in one-on-one situations. Milan is willing to let him go for a fee between €70–80 million.
The third option is Victor Osimhen. The Nigerian, currently on loan at Galatasaray from Napoli, will return to Italy at the end of the season but is not expected to stay due to his strained relationship with the Neapolitan club, making a transfer likely. Napoli values him at around €75 million.
