Kylian Mbappé has managed to score only once in his last eight matches for the French national team – against Poland from a penalty in Euro 2024.
The Frenchman failed to find the net in the other four matches in the Euros.
He also struggled against Canada in a friendly and against Italy in the Nations League.
The forward came off the bench in the second half against Belgium in the Nations League but couldn’t score again.
The 25-year-old has started the season with three goals in seven appearances in all competitions.
