Alexis Sanchez’s second stint at Inter may be short-lived, as there are reports that Marcelo Gallardo wants the forward at Al-Ittihad in the upcoming January transfer window.
Sanchez was part of Inter from 2019 to 2022 before leaving as a free agent for Olympique Marseille.
He returned a year later, and this season, he has contributed with two goals in 12 appearances in Serie A and the Champions League.
However, there are already reports that the 35-year-old is ready to leave again for a lucrative offer from Saudi Arabia.
Gallardo, who took over at Al-Ittihad last month, is said to be interested in adding the experienced player from Chile to his team.
Inter has already been linked to the transfer of a striker in the upcoming January transfer window, as Marko Arnautovic and Alexis Sanchez are not providing enough as backups for Lautaro Martinez and Marcus Thuram.
