The Catalans secured a hard-fought 3-2 victory against Almeria, who currently sits at the bottom of the table, in the 18th week of La Liga. Raphinha put the home team ahead in the 33rd minute, before Leo Baptistao leveled the score eight minutes later.
Sergi Roberto scored to regain the lead for the home side in the 60th minute after an assist from Raphinha. However, the visitors managed to equalize once again in the 71st minute through Gonzalez.
And Roberto took the stage again in the 83rd minute when he scored his second personal goal and secured the victory for Barcelona.
This victory propels Barcelona to 38 points, securing the third position, while Almeria remains at the bottom with a total of five points.
