The UEFA Executive Committee has approved today in Hamburg the money distribution system for the teams participating in the European Championship tournament that will be played in Germany from June 14 to July 14.
The amount for distribution to the participating teams is confirmed at the same level as for UEFA EURO 2020, i.e. a total of 331 million euros,
The distribution key will also be as follows:
Participation figure: €9.25 million Match bonus: €1.0 million for a win and €500,000 for a draw Qualifying for the round of 16: €1.5 million Qualifying for the quarter-finals: €2.5 million Qualifying for the semi-finals: €4 million The runners-up will receive an additional payment of 5 million euros The champions of Europe will receive an additional payment of 8 million euros
The maximum amount that the champion team can reach, if it will have won all three group games, is 28.25 million euros.
