Mohamed Salah has been chosen the player of the month in the Premier League for October.
The Liverpool forward won the award for the fifth time in his career after scoring five goals in the past month.
Salah scored two goals in the two meetings, in the 2-2 draw against Brighton & Hove Albion and in the 2-0 victory over Everton at “Anfield”.
The Egyptian was also among the scorers in the 3-0 victory over Nottingham Forest.
During this season, Liverpool’s ace played 16 matches in all competitions, scoring 10 goals.
Otherwise, Salah has equaled Wayne Rooney and Robin van Persie by winning the award for the fifth time, as he now has more than any active player in the Premier League.
