Aston Villa’s Italian striker Nicolo Zaniolo says his former club AS Roma is now a thing of the past.
Zaniolo joined Aston Villa last summer, having transferred from Roma to Galatasaray last January.
The Italian representative clashed with the “Romans” fans after he was sold to Galatasaray.
“I feel great love for the fans, for my teammates, for the team and for the city,” said Zaniolo.
“Roma belongs to the past. I don’t want to talk about the past, now I’m in the Premier League and I’m thinking about the future,” said the Italian.
