The team led by Xavi won tonight against Sevilla, in the valuable match for the eighth week in the elite of Spanish football.
The match held at the Olympic stadium of Barcelona ended with the result 1:0.
The victory was given to the “Blaugrana” by Sergio Ramos, who scored an own goal in the 76th minute.
After this victory, Barcelona has 20 points and ranks first in the table, with one point more than Girona and two more than Real Madrid. These two teams will face each other tomorrow (Saturday).
Sevilla remains with seven points and is in 12th position.
