United’s midfielder, Casemiro, said today that if we talk about Carlo Ancelotti in the Brazilian national team, then we are dealing with a lack of respect towards the current technical commissioner, Fernando Diniz.
“Ancelotti is a great coach and a winning coach, but he is under contract with Real Madrid and I think it is disrespectful to talk about him within the environment of the national team,” Casemiro said at the press conference held in the city of Belém, where the five-time world champions will host the Bolivian team.
“We know that Ancelotti is a perfect technician, but we have a very good technical commissioner like Dinis, whom we respect as if he were the long-term solution to our panic,” explained Casemiro.
In the press conference, the United midfielder was also asked about the former technical commissioner of Brazil.
“I think Tite gave us hope that we could win the World Cup and I think he did a good job,” Casemiro said.
