Jordan Henderson believes Liverpool should have paid the money to sign Jude Bellingham.
The former Liverpool player revealed how he tried to convince the owners to sign with Bellingham, before Real Madrid presented him for 103 million euros from Borussia Dortmund, reports Klankosova.tv.
The 20-year-old was the main target of the Reds, but they left the race due to the high price and instead signed Alexis MacAllister for 40 million euros and Dominik Szoboszlai for 65 million euros.
However, Bellingham has made a fantastic start to his Real career, scoring five goals and contributing one assist in four games.
