Saudi Arabian club Al-Ittihad announced the deal on Monday with a video titled ‘tigers let through’ before official photos of the player with the club followed, along with the caption: ‘Welcome Fabinho to the fortress of tigers’.
The announcement video referred to a rumored problem in the deal, which included Fabinho’s concern for his dogs, reports Klankosova.tv.
It was initially claimed that the player defied rules in Saudi Arabia banning ‘dangerous and aggressive dogs’ as he owned two bulldogs, although such stories turned out to be unfounded.

The 29-year-old has signed a contract until 2026, where he will benefit from 25 million euros per year.
The Brazilian until now was part of the Liverpool club.
