Ilkay Gundogan has revealed that Ronaldinho was one of the stars who inspired him to join Barcelona this summer.
Gundogani moved to the Catalans after seven sensational years at Manchester City, which culminated in the treble last season.
“I remember a moment that I will never forget, which is Ronaldinho’s performance at the Bernabeu, where even the Real Madrid fans applauded him. I really enjoyed watching him,” Gundogani told Sport.
“Not only Ronaldinho. All Barça as a team that had played that day. That was probably the most important moment I remember.”
