As a result of their poor financial situation, Barcelona will be forced to make significant sales of the first team this summer so that they are able to register all of their players in La Liga before the start of the season.
However, resolution has been slow so far, despite many players being on the roster.
It’s not just the players on the transfer list that Barcelona have received offers for. According to Footmercato (via Sport), Al-Nassr have signaled their intention to trigger Ousmane Dembele’s €50 million release clause. However, they failed to do so when the 26-year-old rejected their contract offer.
Cristiano Ronaldo’s side have tabled a bid worth €200 million (€40 million over five seasons), but Dembele has opted to stay at Barcelona, where he is currently in the final year of his current deal.
