Lautaro Martinez has reportedly rejected an offer worth around 240 million euros from a club from Saudi Arabia to stay at Inter.
It was reported on Friday that the Argentine striker had received a four-year contract offer from an unnamed Saudi club.
The offer is said to be worth €60 million net per season, a salary 10 times his current salary.
The 25-year-old, who has another three-year contract with Inter, is one of the main football players of “Zikaltre” and is expected to be named the new captain for the next season.
“La Gazzetta dello Sport” revealed that Martinez rejected the lucrative offer from Saudi Arabia, not wanting to leave “Guiseppe Meazza”.
Inter consider the player unsellable and will not listen to any offer below €150 million, making him the central figure in the project.
Last season, Lautaro Martinez scored 28 goals and provided 11 assists in 57 appearances in all competitions.
