It’s no secret that Mbappe wants to leave PSG, but he prefers a move to Real Madrid. This behavior of the footballer has been criticized by the former sporting director of the club Leonardo.
“When you look at his behavior over the last two years, it’s clear that he’s still not fit to be a team leader. He is a great player, but not a leader. He is a great goalscorer but not a creator. It’s very difficult to build a team around him,” the Brazilian said, then added: “For his sake and for PSG’s sake, I think the time has come for him to leave Paris. It doesn’t even matter where you go, the only thing that matters is leaving the club. PSG existed before Mbappe, it will exist even after his departure. He has been at PSG for six years, and there are five different clubs that have won the Champions League in that period.”
