Perez wants Zidane back

Since leaving Real Madrid for the second time at the end of the 2020/21 season, Zinedine Zidane continues to be a free coach.

He has been linked to various positions but has yet to make his comeback.

AS” has reported that the president of Real Madrid, Florentino Perez, wants to bring the Frenchman back to the club, for the third time.

The idea is said to be for Zidane to be within the club’s organics, either in an advisory role, as he was in the 2010/11 season.

However, it is not excluded the possibility that he will also take the role of coach later, if things do not go well with the current coach, Carlo Ancelotti.

Perez appreciates Zidane as a very important person who can do a lot of work at the club.

The 50-year-old’s influence is believed to have been so important that footballers such as Eduardo Camavinga, Aurelien Tchouameni and Jude Bellingham signed with Real Madrid.

“Zizou” is seen as a person who can push towards reaching an agreement for the transfer of Kylian Mbappe.

The French legend would certainly bring more experience to Real Madrid, even if he didn’t return as coach, Zidane would certainly increase the pressure on Ancelotti
