Weirdly, I felt for you today
I was wholly wrapped in love
It is summer, but the clouds
Spread much boredom from above.
A good scent was then released
From your curly grayish hair
My thoughts flew up like the birds
Their company to share.
And I felt warmly caressed
At that hour, you must know
Two birds kissing both at best
On the wires their love to show.
And my soul did fly somewhere
In my veins was brought an elf
An anxiety surged in there
I’d start talking to myself…
