MOTHER, YOU BEAUTIFY EVERY SEASON by Mimoza Çobo

Under nut leaves falling in the wind,
waits my mother, contemplating the way,
on top it always stays a piece of sunshine,
while autumn dyes slightly a wrinkle.

When you step on the yellow leaf path,
I feel like roaring crave is for her on the lip,
from far I call, come out my mother, I came!
While tear burns the retina, like a sponge.

Wait mother, want to drink water at the source!
I quench the thirst that lies across my lips.
my spirit to dissolve , so that my patience will endure,
when the taste of water remains in my tongue.

It’s rustling, follows me in every step
and when the wind of childhood catches me,
in memories I loose, but I do find the way again,
to go back to your breast, where I have been drinking.

All roads have the aroma that you have,
fragrance that autumn refreshes magic,
that you’ve taken the glowing colors, she knows,
to beautify and garnish every season.
