PSG fans went to Neymar’s house to surround his apartment and demand that he leave the club. Neymar responded to the harassment with a message on his Instagram, as fans of the French club took their protest against hierarchy of the club to the players.
“Don’t let others bring you into their storm, bring them into your peace,” Neymar shared with more than 208 million followers on Instagram. PSG ultras initially insulted Lionel Messi at the Paris club’s offices, before to go to Neymar’s house.
PSG condemned these acts despite punishing Messi for an unauthorized trip to Saudi Arabia. “PSG condemns in the strongest terms the intolerable acts and insults of a small group of individuals that occurred on Wednesday. Whatever the differences, nothing can justify these acts. The club expresses its support for the players, managers and all those who are affected by this shameful behavior”, the club’s statement reads.
