Ivan Perisic is ready to leave Tottenham after just one season.
The 34-year-old joined from Inter last summer on a two-year deal.
Tuttosport say Perisic is keen to leave Spurs and return to the Nerazzurri.
Antonio Conte’s departure as Spurs manager in March also counts against Perisic’s stay in North London.
Perisic played the whole game on Saturday as fifth-placed Spurs were shocked 3-2 at home by Bournemouth.
