Napoli have a pronounced lack of goals in front of the opponent’s goal when Osimhen is absent. This was better distinguished in the challenge against Milan in the championship and the Champions League.
However, on the eve of the match against Hellas Verona in Serie A, Osimhen was asked about the condition of the Nigerian striker and the answer was certainly positive for Napoli and for his fans.
“His physical conditions are good. He did a check-up this morning with the club’s doctors and the answers were positive.
“He will be with us tomorrow on the bench, but the goal is to return to the starting line-up in the match against Milan on Tuesday in the Champions League,” said Spalletti.
