Arsenal will be without one of their key players until the end of the season.
This is after the defender Takehiro Tomiyasu has undergone an operation, the cause of an injury he suffered in his right knee.
“Tomiyasu suffered an injury to his right knee, he had a successful operation in London on Tuesday and will be out for the rest of this season,” the London club confirmed.
Tomiyasu has made 32 appearances this season in all competitions, contributing two assists. /
