Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti has announced the injuries of Karim Benzema and Eder Militao.
Benzema and Militao suffered injuries in the match of the last round in La Liga, against Valencia.
The Brazilian played only 36′ minutes, as the injury prevented him from continuing the match.
The same happened with the ‘Golden Ball’, Benzema, with the Frenchman forced to leave the field in the 60th minute.
Ancelotti appeared in front of reporters to talk about the game against Mallorca and gave updates on the injured duo.
He said that there is nothing serious about the two players, however he did not indicate how long they will be absent.
“Militao has suffered a muscle problem in the adductor muscle of the right leg, in the first half of the match against Valencia. “Benzema, for his part, withdrew as a precaution at the moment of the match after feeling discomfort in the back of his right leg,” said the Italian.
