The city of Manchester has turned blue today, with the “Citizens” who defeated the “Red Devils” 6:3, in a match where Erling Haaland shone,
Pep Guardiola’s team took the lead in the 8th minute, after a super-dynamic start. Phil Foden scored the first goal, assisted by Bernardo Silva.
City continued to dominate and within the first half found the goal three more times. However, Haaland was at the Etihad today to destroy every thread of joy for the Red Devils. He scored another goal in the 64th minute, this time assisted by Gomez, to complete his hat-trick.
After this goal, Haaland made another assist, again for Foden, who brought the numbers to 6:1, and he also completed a hat-trick, as if to lose the motive for commitment from ‘Citizens’.
This was used by the United team, which through Anthony Martial scored twice (84′ and 90′), for the final result 6:3.
With this victory, Manchester City goes to the quota of 20 points for the second position in the table, while Man United remains with 12 points in the sixth position.
