Striker Cristiano Ronaldo says he wants to win the league title with Al Nassr as the end of his career approaches.
The Portuguese star scored again on Wednesday in the victory against Al Ahli, moving just a few wins away from securing his first league title in Saudi Arabia.
In a recent interview with “Canal GOATBR,” Ronaldo confirmed that he may soon “hang up his boots.”
“The end of my career is approaching. I want to enjoy every match,” he said.
“I’m not playing only for this generation, but for the past one and the next one coming. I’m enjoying it day by day, match by match, year by year. The end of my career is approaching. That is a fact.”
“My career has been brilliant and I want to continue in this way. I want to enjoy it, score goals, but above all it is about winning. We really want to win the league,” he stated.
Meanwhile, Ronaldo has now reached 970 career goals, leaving him just 30 goals away from becoming the first player in history to score 1,000 official goals.
