Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher has commented on the future of Mohamed Salah following the Egyptian’s announcement that he will leave Liverpool FC at the end of the season.
“I think Mo Salah, given his mentality similar to Cristiano Ronaldo, will not immediately move to Saudi Arabia. He may prefer to stay in Europe to improve his record in the Champions League,” Carragher said.
A few days ago, Salah announced his departure from “The Reds” at the end of this season through social media.
“After nine extraordinary years with Liverpool, it is time for a new chapter. I will always remain grateful for every moment at Anfield,” the Egyptian star wrote.
