AC Milan star Rafael Leão has described Cristiano Ronaldo as the greatest player in the history of football.
Leão plays alongside Ronaldo with the Portuguese national team, as they dream of winning the World Cup trophy this summer.
In a recent interview, the “Rossoneri” player stated that regardless of what happens at the World Cup, Ronaldo will remain the greatest in history.
“Is it fair that Lionel Messi is considered the greatest in history because he won the World Cup? No, I don’t think so. Of course, the World Cup is important for Cristiano Ronaldo because it is the only title he has not won before.”
“But it doesn’t matter. Cristiano Ronaldo will be the greatest in the history of football,” he said.
Meanwhile, Ronaldo continues to shine at Al Nassr and is expected to receive a call-up from Portugal for the 2026 World Cup.
