Man Utd find Rashford’s successor for €70 million
Barcelona are working to permanently sign Marcus Rashford, who has been shining during his loan spell in Spain.
His strong performances with the Catalan club have convinced the club’s executives to begin procedures to secure his transfer on a permanent basis, viewing the English forward as a key part of their long-term project.
If the transfer is finalized, Manchester United have prepared an alternative plan to fill the gap that would be left by the departure of one of their most important players in recent years.
The “Red Devils” have identified Senegalese forward Iliman Ndiaye as the ideal candidate to strengthen the attacking department. The 25-year-old, who plays for Everton, has shown steady improvement in the Premier League, registering five goals and two assists this season.
His good form, combined with the success achieved with the Senegal national team at the Africa Cup of Nations, has significantly increased his value on the European market.
Manchester United value Ndiaye’s ability to play in several attacking positions, as well as the tactical flexibility he could offer to a team aiming to return to the elite of English football.

However, Everton have tied the player down with a contract until 2029 and are reportedly unwilling to let him leave for less than €70 million.
Despite uncertainties regarding the next manager, the club’s transfer strategy is moving forward with determination.
If completed, the signing of Ndiaye would give United a new dimension in attack, alongside players such as Bruno Fernandes, Amad Diallo, and Matheus Cunha. The potential sale of Rashford to Barcelona would provide the English club with the financial room to invest aggressively in the transfer window.
The objective is clear: a return to the title race and the rebuilding of a competitive squad on all fronts.
Ndiaye’s future remains open, but if negotiations with Everton reach an agreement, Manchester United would send a strong signal of their ambitions.
With the possible departure of one of the team’s symbolic figures to Camp Nou, the club aims to begin a new chapter filled with energy, talent, and ambition.
