Barcelona are keen to fend off interest in their midfielder Fermín López.
According to Sport, the club are offering him a new contract that would run until 2031.
They are also willing to increase his salary in order to prevent him from looking for opportunities elsewhere. The 22-year-old has shown significant progress this season.
He has made 24 appearances, in which he has already achieved a double-double — ten goals and ten assists.
