Norwegian striker Erling Haaland has stated that he is in the best form of his career as Manchester City prepare for their clash with Liverpool at the Etihad this Sunday.
Haaland has already scored 18 goals in all competitions this season, adding another 9 for Norway, and continues his brilliant start to the 2025/26 campaign.
“I think this is the best version of myself – I’ve never felt better than I do now,” Haaland said.
He added that the secret behind his form lies in discipline and balance: “To stay sharp, I keep my mind in the right place, recover well, do the right things at home, eat the right things, stay connected on the pitch when needed, and when I’m home, I relax as much as possible to stay balanced and in the zone.”
Haaland appears determined to maintain his incredible rhythm and to lead Manchester City through the upcoming challenges of the season.
