After the victory against Werder Bremen, Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane commented on the team’s performance and his personal success.
The Englishman has now reached the extraordinary figure of 100 goals in just 104 appearances for the Bavarian club.
“It was a great performance. From the way we started the match, we probably should have scored one or two more goals early on. I missed a few chances, but then we kept getting better and better. We scored at the right time, conceded very few chances, and kept possession well when we had the ball. It was a dominant performance and we just need to keep this rhythm going,” Kane declared.
He says he is happy with his personal achievement at the German giant.
“100 goals in 104 games for Bayern Munich – it’s crazy even for me, to be honest. It’s an honor to reach 100 goals for this great club. I’m really proud of it,” the English striker emphasized.
