Poem by Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin

I loved you, my old love,
Perhaps this love still sleeps in my heart.
But why should this trouble you?
I don’t wish to anger you with this.

I loved you in silence, hopelessly,
With much patience, pain, and jealousy.
I loved you sincerely…
– May fate grant you someone who loves you as I did!
