Light from Paradise
Do not seek me in the heavy silence,
in sorrow that grips the heart with violence,
from light I speak, weep for me no more,
I am somewhere, in that brightened shore.
In silence, calm, surrounded by peace,
as in a dream so soft, where troubles cease,
with my light fill your spirit’s need,
may my love make you light indeed.
Only remember me with light, not with pain,
I have not died, but moved to another plane,
I am everywhere, I guard you from above,
so do not weep with spirit torn of love.
I watch you, feel you, love you as before,
with thorns your heart should burden no more,
I am like a memory that never fades away,
breathe, live, forgive, love every day.
