Netflix users have expressed their satisfaction with the new series “Sirens”, which has accumulated over 16 million views since its release, making it the number one most-watched show on the platform.
“Sirens”, starring Julianne Moore, Meghann Fahy, Milly Alcock, and Kevin Bacon, premiered on the streaming platform on May 22 and has already reached the top spot on Netflix’s global list of most-watched English-language series.
The five-episode series follows Devon (played by Meghann Fahy), who becomes concerned that her sister Simone (Milly Alcock) is involved in an unusually intense relationship with her new boss, the enigmatic high-society figure Michaela Kell (Julianne Moore). As Devon’s suspicions about Michaela’s extravagant and luxurious life grow, she steps in and tries to reconnect with her sister — unaware of the challenges she will face in a world that is nothing like her own.
