Xavi Hernandez has heaped praise on Barcelona midfielder Gavi. Gavi was among the standout players in Barcelona’s 3-0 win over Sevilla.
After the match, Barca coach Xavi Hernandez also praised him, saying that he is a heart with legs, to express his satisfaction for the player’s commitment and fighting spirit.
“I think he was the best player of the match, because of his intensity, the way he fights, for the passes, the high pressure”, said Xavi.
“He is a heart with legs. He gives passion. His intensity helps us a lot”, added the coach of Barca. Gavi is managing to win the runoff in the midfield, even though there are names like Frenkie de Jong, Kessie and Pjanic who are fighting for a position in the formation.
