Xabi Alonso will begin his journey as Real Madrid coach on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, when Los Blancos face Al Hilal in their first match of the FIFA Club World Cup.
The match will be held at the Hard Rock Stadium, Miami, at 1:00 AM (CET 9:00 PM).
Xabi Alonso will take charge of Real Madrid on June 1, having left Bayer Leverkusen, giving him less than two weeks to prepare for the tournament.
Real Madrid are in Group H, where they face Al Hilal, Pachuca and Salzburg.
