The result allowed Bayern Munich to secure the title, as Bayer Leverkusen failed to get the win they needed to keep their title hopes alive.
The draw left Leverkusen trailing behind Bayern in the standings, and with only two matches left in the season, they can no longer catch up.
Bayern Munich’s consistent form throughout the season ensured they reclaimed the Bundesliga title, while Harry Kane celebrates his first major trophy.
After Xabi Alonso’s side ended Bayern’s streak of 11 consecutive titles last season, the Bavarians have now reclaimed the crown in dominant fashion, winning 24 matches and losing only twice so far.
Bayern hold the record for the most German national championships, with 34 titles.
