Premier League club Manchester United is reportedly considering offloading as many as 10 players during this summer’s transfer window.
According to Manchester Evening News, United hopes to move at least 10 first-team players to raise funds for new signings.
Jonny Evans and Tom Heaton are expected to retire at the end of the season, while Christian Eriksen and Victor Lindelöf will be released as free agents.
United also hopes to turn the loan exits of Marcus Rashford, Antony, and Jadon Sancho into permanent deals to generate cash. Midfielder Casemiro will also be available for transfer, with interest likely from European clubs and Saudi Arabia.
More departures are expected, with several candidates highlighted in the English media report.
Altay Bayındır faces an uncertain future, Tyrell Malacia is another loanee who could leave permanently, while selling Kobbie Mainoo and Alejandro Garnacho would help United meet PSR (Profit and Sustainability Rules) requirements.
